Due to recent increases of key raw materials, Kaneka North America, LLC will

increase the off list selling price for Kane Ace(R) specialty additives per the

following schedule beginning September 11, 2017 or as contracts or agreements

allow:

PRODUCT                                         Sept. 11, 2017 INCREASE

   Kane Ace(R) Processing Aids                         $0.10/lb.

   Kane Ace(R) Acrylic Impact Modifiers                $0.05/lb.

   Kane Ace(R) K-Blend - Performance Modifiers         $0.05/lb.
