【ニューヨーク2017年9月22日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】フィッチ・レーティングスは22日、ContourGlobal Power Holdings S.A.（CGPH）の2021年満期シニア・セキュアード・ノートの格付けを「BBマイナス／RR3」から「BB／RR3」に引き上げ、スーパー・シニア・リボルバーを「BBプラス／RR1」に据え置いたと発表した。またContourGlobal L.P.（CGLP）の長期発行体デフォルト格付け（IDR）を「Bプラス」から「BBマイナス」に引き上げた。格付け見通しはステーブル（安定的）である。

フィッチによると、引き上げはContourGlobalの規模および多角化の拡大を反映したもので、それには2015年9月の最初の格付け以降、複数の建設プロジェクトおよび買収の完了、統合の成功により金利・税金・償却前利益（EBITDA）が50%超増大したことが含まれる。

ContourGlobalのジャンクリストフ・ジュリアード最高財務責任者（CFO）は「この引き上げ決定に反映された当社の投資規律と業績を喜ばしく思う。これにより、財務面での柔軟性がさらに向上し、資本コストが低下することになる。BB格付けに沿った信用指標を維持しつつ、引き続き価値の高い成長に取り組んでいく」と語った。

ContourGlobal's Senior Secured Notes Upgraded To BB From BB- By Fitch Rating Agency

Fitch Ratings announced today it has upgraded its rating for ContourGlobal

Power Holdings S.A.'s (CGPH) senior secured notes due 2021 to 'BB/RR3' from

'BB-/RR3' and affirmed super senior revolver at 'BB+/RR1'. It has also upgraded

ContourGlobal L.P.'s (CGLP) Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'BB-' from

'B+'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.

According to Fitch, the upgrade reflects the increased scale and

diversification of ContourGlobal, including over 50% EBITDA growth since their

initial rating in September 2015 due to the successful completion and

integration of multiple construction projects and acquisitions.

this upgrade decision. This should further increase our financial flexibility
