プルタミナがマハカム鉱区作業領域で初の油井掘削

【ジャカルタ（インドネシア）2017年8月9日PR Newswire=共同通信JBN】インドネシア国営石油会社プルタミナ（PT Pertamina、Persero）は、子会社PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam （PHM）を通じて2017年7月16日、マハカム鉱区作業領域内のトゥヌ油田で初のPHM開杭掘削を実施した。作業はTotal E & P Indonesie （TEPI）がPHMのために担当した。TN -N74、TN-N75という名称のPHMの初の油井は、SAT（シャロー・アーキテクチャー・チュービングレス）コンプレックス・アーキテクチャー・タイプで1078メートルの深さがあり、掘削には13日かかると推定されている。

PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakamはマハカム作業領域を管理するようインドネシア政府から2018年1月1日付で指名された。TEPI管理下のマハカム生産分与計画（PSC）は2017年12月31日に期限切れとなる。

PHMはマハカム作業領域の石油・天然ガスの生産レベルの維持に取り組み、トゥヌ、タンボラ、ハンディル油田に2017年中に14から15の油井を掘る計画である。2015年12月29日にPHMとSKK Migasが結んだ生産分与契約（PSC）に基づいて、PHMは契約締結の日から2018年1月1日の契約有効日まで石油・天然ガス事業に資金手当する権利を留保し、TEPIが執行する。

Pertamina First Wells Drilling at Mahakam Working Area

PT Pertamina (Persero) through its subsidiary company, PT Pertamina Hulu

Mahakam (PHM) has conducted the first PHM drilling spud in Tunu field within

the Mahakam Working Area, conducted by Total E & P Indonésie (TEPI) on PHM's

account, on July 16, 2017. The first wells of the PHM under the name of TN -N74

and TN-N75 has a depth of 1,078 m, with SAT (Shallow Architecture Tubingless)

complex architecture type. The wells is estimated to take 13 days.

PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam has been appointed by the Government to manage the

Mahakam Working Area, which is effective on January 1, 2018, after the

expiration of Mahakam Production Sharing Contract (PSC) contract in the

management of TEPI on December 31, 2017.

As PHM efforts to maintain the level of oil and gas production in the Mahakam

Working Area, PHM plans to drill 14 to 15 wells during 2017, which is in Tunu,

Tambora, and Handil fields. Based on the Production Sharing Contract signed by

PHM with SKK Migas on December 29, 2015, PHM reserves the right to finance oil

and gas operations that are required from the date of signing of the contract

up to the effective date of the contract on January 1, 2018, where TEPI will do

the execution.
