イタリア、ボローニャ　 –  　　精密ろ過フィルタのリーディングカンパニーであるGVS S.p.Aは、経営重視のプライベート・エクイティ（非公開株）投資会社であるIndustrial Opportunity Partners（以下、「IOP」といいます）から、Kuss Filtration Inc.（以下、「Kuss」といいます）を買収する契約を締結しました。

GVS Acquires Kuss Filtration

entered into an agreement to acquire Kuss Filtration Inc. ("Kuss"), from

Industrial Opportunity Partners ("IOP"), an operations-focused private equity

firm.
