エグゼクティブ・サーチおよびリーダーシップ・コンサルティング分野で20年以上の経験を持つデニオー氏は、ホスピタリティー、プロパティーリテール、エンターテインメント、FMCG、小売り、産業、製造、サプライチェーンなど広範囲の部門の意思決定者や幹部の間で強固な評判を築いてきた。同氏は幹部業績評価、後継者育成計画、経営トップチームの有効性などの分野で企業にアドバイスしている。
