正式には「Inactivated Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086（不活性有胞子性乳酸菌バチルス‐コアグランスGBI-30, 6086）」として知られるStaimuneは、処方が容易であり、常温保存可能な飲料と高度な水分活性のある製品の中で最も重要な機能性食品・飲料に新たな機会を開く。Staimuneは、米食品医薬品局（FDA）の食品添加物安全基準合格書（GRAS）に適合し、遺伝子組み換え食品（GMO）を含まず、有機物質対応、コーシャー対応であり、極めて広範なアプリケーションに利用可能である。
