CIVCO Medical Solutionsの最先端超音波ガイドVerzaLink（TM）が2017年5月26日、日本超音波医学会（JSUM）の席上、超音波機器メーカー大手である同社初のトランスデューサーとして発表された。

超音波トランスデューサーに組み込まれたVerzaLinkは位置合わせのための独自技術で、特注ブラケットを装着する必要がなく、超音波プローブに理想的なプロファイルとポジションを提供する。同システムは保持力を強化し、精度向上のためにガイドの最適な安定性を保証する。さらに、VerzaLinkは臨床医のワークフローを単純化し、セットアップと分解をより簡単にした。

Verza（TM）ガイドシステムは診断および治療における超音波ガイド処置に際して比類のない多様性、向上したユーザー・エクスペリエンスおよび満足な臨床転帰を提供するよう設計されている。

Verzaシステムは今まで角度固定タイプのガイドに慣れ親しんでいた臨床医やフリーハンド技術を好む臨床医のニーズに合わせて開発された。Verzaガイドは穿刺角度が5段階あり、幅広い身体のターゲットに対して最適なパスウエーを提供している。Verzaは穿刺針のサイズが25ゲージから12フレンチまで14もあるため、市場にあるほとんどすべての処置デバイスと適合する。

VerzaLink(TM), the new frontier in ultrasound guidance by CIVCO Medical

Solutions was revealed on the first transducer from a leading ultrasound

manufacturer at the Japan Society of Ultrasonics in Medicine (JSUM) on May 26,

2017.

VerzaLink, a proprietary locating feature designed into the ultrasound

transducer, eliminates the need for a custom bracket attachment and provides an

ideal profile and position on the ultrasound probe. The system's enhanced

retention force ensures optimal guide stability for improved accuracy.

Additionally, VerzaLink simplifies workflow for the clinician with easier

set-up and dismantle.

The Verza(TM) guidance system is designed to deliver unmatched versatility,

therapeutic ultrasound-guided interventions.
