SriusはIMGを未公開株投資企業ABRY Partnersから買収した。対価のかなりの部分はSiriusの優先株の形で支払われる。この株はSiriusの普通株に転換できる。その結果、全株を転換すれば、ABRYは取引完了後、Siriusの普通株の約6%を保有することになる。ウォーターズ氏は「ABRYをSiriusの大口株主として迎えることは喜ばしい。IMGの事業をさらに発展させるため彼らの有能なチームと協力することに期待している」とコメントした。

team that currently runs this business unit.

Sirius purchased IMG from private equity investment firm ABRY Partners. A

substantial portion of the transaction consideration is in the form of Sirius

Preference Shares.  These shares are convertible into Sirius common shares.  As

a result, on a fully converted basis an entity controlled by ABRY would own up

to approximately 6 percent of Sirius's common shares following the
