エネルギーの供給・管理方法を変換する世界的リーダーのLandis+Gyrは4日、経営体制の継続性を保つよう巧みに計画された移行の一環として、取締役会がアンドレアス・ウムバッハ氏（Landis+Gyr執行役会長に就任）の後任としてリチャード・モラ氏をCEOに選任したと発表した。
