亜洲潔能資本は南京富士通と屋上式太陽光発電で提携

亜洲潔能資本有限公司(Asia Clean Capital、略語「ACC」)は、当社が南京富士通電子信息科技股★有限公司（Nanjing Fujitsu Electronics Information Technology Co., Ltd.、★はにんべんに「分」）と屋上分散型太陽光発電システムやエネルギーサービスに関する契約を締結することを公表した。当該契約の内容によって、亜洲潔能資本は、太陽光発電プロジェクトに向ける全額投資、システム設計、工事整備、長期的な運営・保持を統合化するワンストップエネルギーサービスを、江蘇・南京における富士通の生産拠点に提供させる。

現地のグリッドによる電力の協定価格を下回って、太陽光発電システムによるグリーン電力を南京における富士通の工場に販売し、ユーザーの初期投資が要らないし、エネルギー利用のコストが持続的に削減される。

運営コストの削減による経済的利益の他、分散型太陽光発電システムによる環境的利益も目立つ。従来の石炭火力発電所と比べると、ACCの太陽光発電システムのライフサイクルに炭素排出削減量が約11,036tとなり、623万リットルのガソリンがが利用されないのと同じ。

ACC Cooperates with Nanjing Fujitsu on Rooftop Solar

Asia Clean Capital ("ACC") today announced a distributed rooftop solar power

supply agreement with Nanjing Fujitsu Computer Electronic Information Co., Ltd

("Fujitsu") at the Fujitsu production base located in Nanjing, Jiangsu

province. Under the terms of the Agreement, ACC will invest 100 percent of the

system cost and will undertake the design, construction, and long-term system

maintenance.

Electricity from the solar system will be provided to Fujitsu at below-grid

rates to ensure operational savings throughout the lifetime of the system.

In addition to monetary savings, the rooftop solar system will assist in

achieving sustainability goals. Over its lifetime, the system will save

approximately 11,036 tons of CO2, or the equivalent of 6.23-million liters of

gasoline.

Fujitsu is one of the largest IT services providers in the world and has been

named by Fortune as one of the world's most admired companies and a Global 500

company. The initial cooperation between Fujitsu and ACC on the Fujitsu Nanjing

project will serve as a demonstration to encourage expansion of clean energy

technology to Fujitsu's other facilities.
