アークテックソーラーが日本のPV市場向けに傾斜角度の大きい冗長性追尾式架台を開発

▽太陽光発電の無限の可能性に挑戦

日本の大半の既存太陽光発電（PV）所は5度から20度の角度の固定架台構造を利用している。この条件では、暴風雪の日は雪がモジュールの上に積もり、自然に落ちない。PV発電所は雪を早く取り除けないと、冬の数カ月間は正常に機能できないかもしれない。とりわけ豪雪地帯では、地上の雪による作業上の障害によりモジュールの掃除が難しい。

アークテックソーラーの標準規格のArctracker Proはマイナス45度からプラス45度まで傾斜し、この角度ではモジュールから雪を自然に落とせない。このように日本に存在する問題を考慮して、アークテックソーラーは雪が引力で支障なく落ちるよう最大傾斜角度を45度から65度にわざわざ拡大した。

Arctech Solar Localizes Its Redundancy Tracker with Larger Rotation Angle for Japan PV Market

At the very beginning of 2017, Arctech Solar kicked off its globalization plan

in Japan. This is right after having obtained a leadership potition with

outstanding sales performance in the China and India markets in 2016. Arctech

Solar will bring the Arctracker Pro, with the world's first invented redundancy

design, to the Japanese market. Arctracker Pro suits the local conditions in

Japan and improves the largest rotation angle to work under extreme climate

conditions such as blizzards which might reduce the potential power loss caused

by special weather.

Challenge the infinite possibilities of solar power generation

Most of the conventional PV power stations in Japan use fixed-mounting

structures with an angle between 5 and 20 degrees. Under this condition, on

blizzard days the snow would pile up on top of the modules and cannot naturally

fall off. The PV power stations may not be able to work normally for several

months in winter if the snow can't be cleaned in time. Especially in heavy snow

areas, it is hard to clean the modules because of the labor difficultly caused

by the snow on the ground. Arctech Solar's standard Arctracker Pro rotates

ranging from -45 to 45 degrees and this angle does not allow the snow to

naturally fall off from the modules. Considering the above existing problem in

Japan, Arctech Solar intentionally increases the maximum rotation angle from 45

to 65 degrees, so the snow can fall off freely because of gravity.
