モノクローナル抗体、凝固因子、その他治療用タンパク質の臨床・商業製造で世界をリードするCMC Biologicsと、世界規模の大手ガラス・化学・ハイテク素材メーカーのAGC旭硝子（AGC）は20日、AGCがCMC Biologicsの100%株式を取得することで、Monitor Clipper Partners、European Equity Partners、Innoven Partenairesを含むCMC Biologics株主と両社との間で正式契約を締結したと発表した。この買収は2017年1月に完了する予定。
