Hotel Chain by readers of Travel Weekly Asia and Travel Weekly China for the

   The awards ceremony, held at Mandarin Orchard Singapore's two-star Michelin

restaurant, Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro, was attended by close to 100

international travel trade leaders and influencers.
