銀聯国際（UnionPay International）は9月29日、QUNR、KingPower Duty Free、シンガポールのValiram Group傘下にある著名ブランド5店舗が、同社の国境を越えるマーケティング・プラットフォームであるYou Ji Huaに加わったと発表した。顧客はモバイルフォンを利用して専用のクーポンを入手し、参加商店から最高のディスカウントを受けることができる。現在、You Ji Huaは香港、東南アジアの約300店舗をカバーしており、今年中には米国、オーストラリア、日本にも拡大し、1000店舗が参加する予定。

You Ji Huaの急速な拡大に寄与しているのは160の国や地域に及ぶUnionPay（銀聯）の大規模なネットワークとカード利用に伴う豊富な特典である。現在、UnionPay（銀聯）カードは航空券やホテルの予約、ATMからの現金引出し、商店、公共交通機関やタクシーでの支払い、税金還付の請求といった多様な支払いに対応して顧客の要求に応えており、国境を越えたUnionPay（銀聯）の顧客サービスのエコシステムが形成されている。

銀聯国際（UnionPay International）はこのエコシステムを構築するにあたり、サービスの厚みを増すためにグローバルな特典プログラムを開始する。銀聯国際（UnionPay International）は今年、「100空港の免税店」と「選ばれた50の旅行先」の２つのグローバルな特典プログラムを実施している。70以上の空港にある約100の免税品店はUnionPay（銀聯）に10%までのディスカウントを提供し、選ばれた50の旅行先では300以上の商店がUnionPay（銀聯）に15%までのディスカウントを適用する。「50の中核商業地区」特典プログラムも間もなく開始になる。

こうした3つの特典プログラムに基づいてYou Ji Huaはさらに精密な国際的な消費者サービスを構築する。銀行カードのスキームによる世界初のオープンな国境を越えるマーケティング・プラットフォームとして、You Ji Huaは位置情報、的確なマーケティング、そして即時ディスカウントを実現させる。7月の開始以来、何10万ものクーポンがダウンロードされ、参加商店におけるUnionPay（銀聯）カードの取引高は急速に増加している。

現在、このプラットフォームに参加している商店にはSasa、Prince Jewellery & Watch、LUKFOOK、ISA Boutique、KingPower Duty Free、マイケル・コースの全店舗、ビクトリアズ・シークレット、Kate Spade、トゥミ、そしてBath&Body WorksといったシンガポールのValiram Group傘下にあるものも含まれている。

顧客は2通りの方法でこの特典を楽しめる。1つ目はUPI、BOCあるいはCMBCのアプリを使ってQRコード・クーポンをダウンロードする。2つ目はCYTS、Ctrip、春秋航空あるいはQUNRのアプリで航空券やホテルを予約し、クーポンを受け取る。参加商店にクーポンを提示するとともにUnionPay（銀聯）カードを使えば、顧客は即時ディスカウントを受けることができる。

UnionPay International Builds a Cross-border Consumer Service Ecosystem

UnionPay International announced today that QUNR, KingPower Duty Free and five

well-known brand stores subordinate to Singapore Valiram Group have newly

joined its cross-border marketing platform, You Ji Hua. Customers may get

exclusive coupons via mobile phones and enjoy the highest discount available at

participating merchants. The platform now covers about 300 stores across Hong

Kong and Southeast Asia and will expand to the US, Australia and Japan this

year. Then, it will have about 1,000 participating stores.

The rapid expansion of You Ji Hua is attributed to UnionPay's extensive network

across 160 countries and regions, and its rich card-using privileges. Now,

UnionPay cards satisfy customers' diverse payment needs, from booking airline

tickets and hotels, withdrawing cash at ATMs, spending at merchants and taking

public transportation and taxis, to claiming for tax refund. There has formed a

UnionPay cross-border consumer service ecosystem.

In building this ecosystem, UnionPay International launches global privilege

programs to enrich its service. This year, UnionPay International has launched

two global privilege programs featuring "100 airport duty free shops" and "50

selected travel destinations". About 100 duty free shops at over 70 airports

offer up to 10% discount for UnionPay. In the 50 selected travel destinations,

over 300 merchants provide up to 15% discount for UnionPay. The "50 core

commercial districts" privilege program is about to go live too.

Based on these three privilege programs, You Ji Hua develops more accurate

cross-border consumer service. As the world's first open cross-border marketing

platform launched by a bankcard scheme, You Ji Hua realizes locating, accurate

marketing and instant discounts. Since its launch in July, hundreds of

thousands of coupons have been downloaded, and the transaction volume of

UnionPay cards in participating merchants witnessed rapid growth.

Now, participating merchants of the platform include: Sasa, Prince Jewellery &

Watch, LUKFOOK, ISA Boutique, KingPower Duty Free and all the stores of Michael

Kors, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade, TUMI and Bath&Body Works subordinate to

Singapore Valiram Group.

Customers may enjoy the offers in two ways: First, download the QR code coupon

via the APP of UPI, BOC or CMBC. Second, use the APP of CYTS, Ctrip, Spring

Airlines or QUNR to book airline tickets or hotels, and to receive the coupons.

Show the coupon and pay with UnionPay cards at participating merchants,

customers can enjoy instant discounts.
