【シカゴ（米イリノイ州）2016年8月25日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】工業用着色剤市場のグローバルリーダーであるKeystone Aniline Corporationは25日、英国のマンチェスターにあるColour Synthesis Solutions Limited（CSS）を買収したと発表した。

Keystoneのジョン・アンドリューズ最高経営責任者（CEO）は「当社のサービス・プラットフォームにCSSのカスタム化された染料合成技術と研究上の専門知識を組み込むことによって、われわれは染色化学の水準をさらに引き上げることができる。当社のクライアントは今後、染料開発、合成ルート、本格的な商業化が全てそろったソリューションを全面的に利用することができる。今回の提携は、当社の成長計画をサポートするだけでなく、最も重要なことには当社が世界の技術的、科学的リーダーシップの地位を獲得する努力へのサポートになることである。この革新的な組織をわれわれの企業ファミリーに加えることができて大変喜んでいる」と語った。

CSSの事業は即日、Keystone Aniline Corporationの全額出資子会社である英国のハダースフィールドにあるKeystone Europeの事業に統合されることになる。Colour Synthesis Solutions（CSS）はマンチェスターにとどまり、自社企業名とブランド名を保持する。

marketplace, announces the acquisition of Colour Synthesis Solutions Limited

(CSS) of Manchester, UK.
