世界最大の商工業財産保険会社の1つであるFM Global（http://www.fmglobal.com/ ）は22日、シンガポールの研究・開発・技術拠点であるSingapore Science Park（シンガポール・サイエンス・パーク）で、新しい損失防止トレーニング・オペレーションセンターの建設に着手した。起工式は、6階建て12万5000平方フィート（1万1610平方メートル）の施設の建設開始を記念するものであった。同施設には、アジアで同社初、そしてアジア大陸で初の実践的な訓練施設であるFM Global Asia SimZoneが入る。8000万シンガポール・ドルの建物は、ビジネススペース・ソリューションのアジア大手のプロバイダーであるAscendas-Singbridge（http://www.ascendas-singbridge.com/ ）によって建設され、2019年初めに使用可能となる見通しである。

new loss prevention training and operations center, located in the Singapore

six-story, 125,000-square-foot (11,610-square-meter) facility that will house

the FM Global Asia SimZone, the company's first hands-on training facility in
