創造性を引き出すデザインに

Tableau 10 では、インターフェイスのすべてを見直し、ユーザーがビジュアル分析に集中できるよう認識しやすいデザインにしました。複雑なビジュアライゼーションや強調表示でも図形を平等に知覚できるようカラーパレットを新しくしました。また、著名なタイポグラフィのエキスパートである Tobias Frere-Jones 氏とともにカスタムの新書体をデザインしました。この新書体は、Tableau で作成できるビジュアライゼーションを、読みやすく、そして美しく見せるために作られています。どのような分析にも、視覚デザインのベストプラクティスを取り入れられるように既定設定を新しくしました。一方で、ユーザーが自由に創造性を発揮しデータを表現できるように、書式設定はいつでも変更できるようになっています。

ダッシュボードのオンライン作成など、Tableau 10 では Web で利用できる機能が増え簡単になりました。パブリッシュフローが新しくなり、Tableau Server および Tableau Online でワークブックとデータソースをより速くパブリッシュできるようになりました。クラウドベースの分析機能の強化として、Tableau Online のデータ更新スケジュールをブラウザで設定できるようになりました。

colour palette has been tuned up to ensure perceptual equality of shapes in

designed in partnership with the renowned typography expert Tobias Frere-Jones.

It was crafted to optimise legibility and elegance for the many types of

visualisations that are possible to create in Tableau. New default settings

help people use visual design best practices for every question, but always

give the option to change format so people have the flexibility to be creative

and expressive with their data.

Empowering the Mobile Workforce with Data You Can Touch

Whether you’re an executive during an airport layover or a pharmaceutical rep

customising visualisations between meetings with doctors, the new improvements

Tableau 10’s new Device Designer allows you to create dashboards that

automatically render the right size and views for a range of devices, including

Android phones. It also gives you the option to further customise views in a
