第13回中国ASEAN博覧会、中国企業のASEANへの投資を促進

【南寧（中国）2016年7月12日新華社＝共同通信JBN】中国ASEAN博覧会（China-ASEAN Expo、CAEXPO）事務局は7月5日、「グローバル化」戦略と中国企業のASEAN諸国への投資を促進するため、今年の博覧会の間に開始される貿易・投資促進プログラムを発表した。注目を集めるASEAN工業団地に関する投資促進会議と、投資・資金調達プロジェクトに関する中国ASEANマッチメーキング・シンポジウムは同博覧会の間、高い優先順位が与えられる。

CAEXPOのワン・レイ事務局長によると、第13回CAEXPOは「21世紀の海のシルクロードの形成、一層緊密な中国ASEAN運命共同体の構築」（Building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, Forging an Even-Closer China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny）というテーマにより、国際工業力、機器製造に関する重要な協力の分野において中国とASEANの間の相互投資を実践的に促進する。

9月11-14日に予定されている第13回中国ASEAN博覧会は、中国南部の広西チワン族自治区の首都、南寧で開催される。計画によると、CAEXPOは今年、ASEAN工業団地に関するプロモーション会議も開催する。同会議には、ASEAN加盟国の幾つかの重要な工業団地が中国の投資を呼び込むための質の高い投資促進プロジェクトを携えて参加する。同博覧会の間、ASEAN加盟10カ国の商業所管省庁が10件の投資促進セミナーを個々に開催し、行政当局者が投資環境と中国の投資家に対する各国の優遇政策を紹介する。中国の投資家がASEAN諸国の関連政策をよりよく理解するのを支援するため、同博覧会はまた、ASEAN諸国に駐在する中国の経済・商務参事官とのネットワークを立ち上げ、中国企業がASEANに参入するに当たっての障害を克服できるようにする。さらに、中国の主要企業の代表も参加し、彼らの経験を共有する。

投資・資金調達プロジェクトに関する年次中国ASEANマッチメーキング・シンポジウムは、中国とASEANの投資家の多くの関心を引き付けている。同博覧会の事務局は、国際工業力の協力プロジェクトに関するマッチメーキング・シンポジウムを投資・資金調達プロジェクトに関する中国ASEANマッチメーキング・シンポジウムに統合し、国際工業力と機器製造のマッチメーキングをその主要問題にする。投資家は、国際工業力と機器製造の協力、プロジェクト契約、資源開発、エネルギーと環境保護、先進技術、工業団地への投資促進、金融サービスの分野で直接向き合って議論することができる。

中国とASEAN加盟10カ国が共催する中国ASEAN博覧会（CAEXPO）は2004年以来、12回連続で成功裏に開催されており、中国ASEAN自由貿易地域（CAFTA）の国際的な経済・貿易イベントとなっている。

The 13th China-ASEAN EXPO to Boost Chinese Enterprises' Investment in ASEAN

The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) Secretariat announced the trade and investment

promotion program to be launched during this year's Expo on July 5th , so as to

promote the "going global" strategy and investment of Chinese enterprises in

ASEAN countries. The high-profile investment promotion conference on ASEAN's

industrial parks and China-ASEAN matchmaking symposia on investment and

financing projects will be given high priority during the Expo.

With the theme of "Building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, Forging an

Even-Closer China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny", the 13th CAEXPO will

pragmatically advance the mutual investment between China and ASEAN in key

areas of cooperation on international industrial capacity and equipment

manufacturing, according to Wang Lei, the secretary-general of CAEXPO.

The 13th China-ASEAN Expo, slated for Sept. 11-14, will be held in Nanning,

capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. This year, based on

the schedule, CAEXPO will further stage promotion conference on ASEAN

industrial parks during which some important industrial parks from ASEAN member

countries will attend with dozens of high-quality investment promotion projects

to attract Chinese investments. During the Expo, competent departments of

commerce from the 10 ASEAN countries will hold 10 investment promotion seminars

respectively and ministerial officials will introduce the investment

environment and favorable policies of each country for Chinese investors. In

order to help Chinese investors better understand relevant policies of ASEAN

countries, the Expo will also launch networking with Chinese economic and

commercial counselors in ASEAN countries, enabling Chinese enterprises to

overcome the obstacles in setting foot in ASEAN. In addition, some Chinese

representatives from central enterprises will also participate and share their

experience.

The annual China-ASEAN matchmaking symposia on investment and financing

projects attract much attention of Chinese and ASEAN investors. The secretariat

of the Expo integrates the matchmaking symposia on international industrial

capacity cooperation projects into China-ASEAN matchmaking symposia on

investment and financing projects with the matchmaking of international

industrial capacity and equipment manufacturing cooperation project as the key

issue. Investors could hold face-to-face discussions in fields of international

industrial capacity and equipment manufacturing cooperation, project

contracting, resource development, energy and environmental protection,

advanced technology, investment promotion on industrial parks and financial

services.

Chinese investors place heavy emphasis on financing-related issues. Under such

consideration, "activities on financial support for Chinese enterprises to

invest in ASEAN" will be staged in particular during this Expo, where financial

institutes will brief on the financial support and services for Chinese

enterprises and investors.

The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), co-sponsored by China and the 10 ASEAN

countries, has been successfully held for 12 sessions in a row since 2004,

serving as an international economic and trade event for China-ASEAN Free Trade

Area (CAFTA).
