Deccan Odysseyは2016年10月からこれまでになかった旅を始める。予約期間は6月16日から8月31日まで。インドの国籍や市民権を持つ（NRIs、OCIカード保有者）海外居住のインド人や外国人（湾岸諸国と極東を含む）には既に、この特別サービスは提供されている。列車は新時代のトラベラーの変化するニーズに合わせて改装された。

カップルは同伴者割引のほかに、くつろげるスパも利用できる。豪華スパAyush（アーユッシュ）は30分間無料。サービスはそれだけでない。乗客はDeccan Odysseyの豊富な品ぞろえのバーでウエルカムワイン・ビールを楽しめる。
