Crystal Lagoonsは、世界の大人の娯楽の中心地であるラスベガスを創り上げた大物実業家スティーブ・ウィン氏と提携した。Crystal Lagoonsはラスベガスの有名なメインロード「ストリップ」街に透明な水晶のような水をたたえた大きなラグーンを出現させる。

新プロジェクトはCrystal Lagoonsが米市場で収めた成功を世界が認めたことを示す。同社は米市場参入後1年のうちに既に全米各州で11のプロジェクトを契約し、ほかの州でも44のプロジェクトを検討している。総投資額は534億米ドルに上る。

Crystal Lagoonsのラスベガス・プロジェクトで特筆すべきは、ラスベガス中心部にある唯一のゴルフ場がその敷地となる予定であることだ。このゴルフ場敷地が12.1ヘクタールの透明なラグーンに変わるが、同社にとっては米国における大きな一里塚になる。ゴルフ人気の高い土地でも用地を得るという、世界最高のアメニティーの世界的成功を改めて象徴する。

総面積12.1ヘクタールを有するラスベガスのラグーンはCrystal Lagoonsの米国の施設としては最大の規模で、最新の設計により中央には島が配置され、ゴンドラが浮かび、連日花火ショーやウォータースポーツの実演が繰り広げられる。ホテルやコンベンションセンター、ショッピング街、さまざまなグルメ料理店がラグーンを取り囲む。

Crystal Lagoons has teamed up with Steve Wynn, mastermind behind the concept of

Las Vegas, as the world's capital of adult entertainment. Crystal Lagoons will

bring a large crystalline lagoon to the iconic "Strip", the city's main road.

This represents worldwide recognition of Crystal Lagoons' success in the US

market, where just one year after its arrival it already has 11 signed projects

and it is evaluating other 44 projects in different US States, with an

estimated total investment of US$ 53.4 billion.

Crystal Lagoons' Las Vegas project has a particular feature: It will be located

at the land site of the only golf course in downtown. The site land will be

reconverted into a 12.1-hectare crystalline lagoon, which will become one of

the company's milestones in the US. This is another sign of the global success

of "the world's top amenity", which is even gaining ground in countries devoted

to golf.

With a total area of 12.1 hectares, it will be the company's largest

crystalline lagoon in the US. It will boast a state-of-the-art design with a

central island, gondolas, daily firework shows and live water sports events,

hotels, a convention center, shopping and a wide gastronomical axis that will

surround the lagoon.
