Presimaは、米国のMassachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board（MassPRIM）から国際的な不動産投資信託（REIT）ポートフォリオの運用を任されたと発表した。MassPRIMは2015年12月1日にPresimaを運用会社に採用することを承認し、2016年2月19日に全面的に投資が実行された。

has hired Presima to invest US$100m in global real estate
investment trusts (REITs).
Presima is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the
Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (MassPRIM) to manage
a portfolio of global real estate investment trusts (REITs). The manager
selection was approved by the Board of MassPRIM on December 1, 2015 and the
portfolio was fully invested on February 19, 2016.
