【ドバイ（アラブ首長国連邦）2016年2月10日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】アラブ首長国連邦（UAE）のムハンマド・ビン・ラシド副大統領（ドバイ首長）は、前例のない電子外交活動、すなわち、ドバイでの第4回世界政府サミット（World Government Summit）の初日にツイートすることによって、同政権の10年の歴史の中で最大の連邦政府改革に着手した。

「未来の対話」のライブ・ソーシャルメディア・イベントは「若くて柔軟な」政府、省庁再編、公共サービスの民間部門への外部委託計画を含む抜本的改革を詳しく取り上げ、副大統領は世界最年少となる22歳の女性閣僚の任命を発表した。

     Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, launched

the largest restructuring of the federal government in the administration's ten

    The "Dialogue of the Future" live social media event detailed sweeping

changes that include a "young and flexible" government, restructured

ministries, and a plan to outsource public services to the private sector. He

announced the appointment of a 22 year old female minister, the youngest in the

world.

    Newly created positions for a Minister of State for Happiness and Minister

of State for Tolerance underscore a reenergized government focused on youth,

innovation, health and public satisfaction.
