世界的な大手商業用不動産サービス会社コリアーズ・インターナショナル・グループ（Colliers International Group Inc、NASDAQ:CIGI、TSX:CIG）は3日、シンガポールのIndustrial Services Divisionに専門家チームを増強すると発表した。

産業用不動産分野で20年以上の経験を持つリム・キーン・キム（Lim Kien Kim）氏が、イグゼキュティブ・ディレクターとしてIndustrial Services Divisionを統括する。これにディレクターのキャサリン・ウン（Catherine Ng）氏、シニア・マネジャーのスティーブン・チュー（Steven Chew）氏、マネジャーのマリーン・リー（Marine Lee）氏の3人が加わり、産業用不動産で37年間の多彩な経験を同社のビジネスに生かすことになる。

今回の人事は2016年2月15日付になる。

Industrial Brokerage Veteran, Lim Kien Kim, to Helm the Team

Leading global commercial real estate services firm, Colliers International

Group Inc.'s (NASDAQ: CIGI; TSX: CIG) is pleased to announce the addition of a

team of specialists to the Industrial Services Division in Singapore.

Mr Lim Kien Kim, a veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the

industrial property sector, will head up the Industrial Services team as

Executive Director. Joining him are three other members -- Catherine Ng,

Director, Steven Chew, Senior Manager and Marine Lee, Manager -- who bring to

our business 37 years of diverse industrial experience among them.  

Ms Tang Wei Leng, Managing Director of Colliers Singapore, says, "Kien Kim and

Industrial Services Division, which will now see a total strength of seven

solid track record in brokering industrial deals and providing advisory

services. One of their notable transactions was to provide advisory services to

a 400,000-square-foot industrial facility, from design stage to providing

occupier services and eventually finding a single tenant who took up 50% of the

building. The team also succeeded in helping a Japanese multinational company

lease a replacement property of about 22,000 sq ft, at very competitive rental

terms within one month.

The appointments will take effect on 15 February 2016.
