Magic Leap, Inc.（Magic Leap）は3日、アリババ・グループ（Alibaba Group）が率いる7億9350万ドルの資金を調達したと発表した。これに続きGoogle Inc.と、Qualcommのベンチャー投資グループQualcomm Venturesを通じてQualcomm Incorporatedからも投資が行われる。さらにワーナー・ブラザース、Fidelity Management and Research Company、JPモルガン・インベストメント・マネジメント、モルガン・スタンレー・インベスト・マネジメント、T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.とウエリントン・マネージメントからアドバイスを受ける投資ファンドおよびアカウントなど、ティア1金融機関からも新規投資が行われる。

Magic Leap, Inc. ("Magic Leap") announced $793.5 million in new funding today,

led by Alibaba Group. Continued investment comes from Google Inc., Qualcomm

Incorporated, through its venture investment group, Qualcomm Ventures, and

others. New investment also comes from Warner Bros. and tier-one financial

institutions, including Fidelity Management and Research Company, J.P. Morgan

Investment Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, funds and accounts

advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and Wellington Management Company.
