受賞歴のあるスタートアップで世界のトラベルにおける常識を変革するDUFLは14日、日本の福利厚生業務代行の最大手、ベネフィット・ワン（Benefit One）と提携、700万人を超える会員に荷物の煩わしさから解放された出張を提供することが可能になったと発表した。ベネフィット・ワンの会員は、ベネフィット・ワンのポータルサイト「Benefit Station（ベネフィット・ステーション）」から旅行サービスの1つとしてDUFLを選択できるほか、人気のサービスとして特別割引を適用される。

ベネフィット・ワンは企業5736社の会員734万人に幅広い特典と会員向けサービスを提供、その中には、旅行、教育、ショッピング、食事とヘルスケアサービス、ディスカウントが含まれる。

ベネフィット・ステーションの会員サイトの旅行セクションにリスティングすることに加えて、ベネフィット・ワンは会員向けのベネフィット・ステーション誌にDUFLについての情報を掲載する。同誌は年11回発行されている。これによりベネフィット・ワンの会員はDUFLがどのようにして出張に伴う荷物の煩わしさを解消できるかを知ることができる。

頻繁に出張をする会員はオンラインでアカウントを開設するか、AndroidまたはiOSアプリを通じて、DUFLスーツケースを受け取ることができる。スーツケースには出張に必要な品々、ビジネススーツ一式や洗面道具を詰めることができ、アプリでもオンラインでも引き取りのスケジュールを依頼することができる。その後DUFLはスーツケースをピックアップ、中身の写真をとり、洗濯またはドライクリーニングを行い、会員のバーチャルDUFLクローゼットにそれを安全に保管する。

会員の出張計画がある際には、オンラインかアプリを使ってバーチャルな荷造りを行い、目的地のホテルと到着時刻を通知する。DUFLは丁寧に荷造りを完了し、会員が到着した時にはスーツケースが持ち主を待っている。帰宅する際には、会員はホテルでのピックアップ時間を調整するだけだ。DUFLがスーツケースを引き取り、洗濯またはドライクリーニグを行い大切に保管するので、次の出張への準備は完了だ。DUFLのおかげで、出張はかつてなく快適になった。* 2016年1月現在米国のみのサービスとなるが、順次グローバル展開を予定。尚、米国サービスにおいてクローゼットを保有している場合、世界主要都市にスーツケースを送ることは可能。

Android or iOS app to receive a DUFL suitcase, which they can fill with their

launders or dry cleans clothing and securely stores it in the member's virtual

DUFL closet.
