【ニューヨーク2015年12月17日PRNewswire＝共同通信JBN】Strategas Securities, LLCは17日、資本市場機能の拡大することで成長を継続すると発表した。新設のInstitutional Securities Divisionは既存の企業サービス、民間取引、セールス・トレーディングの各部門を新設の資本市場グループと統合する。これにより、世界の300社以上の株式上場および非上場企業に当社が提供するサービスはさらに発展する。

Strategas Securities, LLC Adds Capital Markets Capabilities; Continues Expansion

Strategas Securities, LLC announced today its continued growth with the

expansion of its capital markets capabilities.  The newly formed Institutional

Securities Division will combine the Firm's existing Corporate Services,

Private Transactions, and Sales & Trading units with the newly formed Capital

Markets group.  The move will further develop services the Firm offers to more

than 300 global publicly traded and private companies.   

Strategas has hired James Ramp as a Managing Director to lead the effort.  Mr.

Ramp was formerly the head of Capital Markets at Convergex and started in

mid-November.  Strategas President & COO, Nicholas Bohnsack, who heads the

Firm's Institutional Securities and Financial Solutions divisions, said, "we
