The acquisition further strengthens CPA Global's technology and analytics

capabilities, while providing Innography with access to a worldwide client

network and complementary software and services offerings. The combination will

create a set of powerful and innovative IP management solutions. The Innography

management team will remain with the Company as part of the CPA Global group.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Portico Capital Securities LLC

advised Innography on the transaction.
