Research Now Announces Leadership Succession Planning

to the company's President and CEO, Kurt Knapton.

Mr. Knapton, a pioneer and catalyst in the online survey data collection space,

who returned to the company as its President and CEO in 2011, will remain on

the Board of Directors following the identification of and transition to his

successor. The announcement that Knapton was tendering his resignation to the

Board was made today to all company employees.

For the past eighteen months Knapton's father has been battling Amyotrophic

Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. As his condition

has progressed, Knapton has increasingly felt the need to be daily and

personally present with him.
