Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS), a leading global investment manager focused on

real assets, announced today the launch of Cohen & Steers SICAV Global Listed

Infrastructure Fund (the "Fund"), a new UCITS fund that delivers the firm's

market-leading infrastructure strategy to retail and institutional investors

outside of the United States.  

Demand for global infrastructure funding is likely to remain a major investment

theme for decades. Tens of trillions of dollars will be needed to upgrade aging

infrastructure assets in developed markets and expand capacity in emerging

infrastructure strategies have increased by 52% annually over the past five
