CYBIRD Co., Ltd. announced on October 1st that from late October 2015, it will make available at the App Store and Googleplay the English-language edition of "Destined to Love: Ikemen Samurai Romances," a popular title in the Ikemen series of romance games for women, which currently boasts 12 million members worldwide. Prior to the launch of the English version, CYBIRD is also launching an official English-language website,

"Destined to Love: Ikemen Samurai Romances" is CYBIRD's second English Ikemen title following "Midnight Cinderella: Ikemen Royal Romances," which was very well received by many North American customers and entered the Top 100 Overall Sales Ranking in the App Store with over 600,000 downloads.

Like its Japanese counterpart, in "Destined to Love: Ikemen Samurai Romances," the player is given five free chapter tickets each day to read a story about a modern-day woman who travels back in time to Kyoto at the end of the Edo Period, where she meets 13 hot heroes who are living in the last days of the shogunate. The characters whom you are able to pick at the start of the game consist of the fierce Vice Commander of the Shinsengumi, Toshizo Hijikata, the Commander of the Shinsengumi's 3rd Unit, Hajime Saito, and a hero of the Choshu clan who is on the run from the Shinsengumi, named Kogoro Katsura. In order to match the tastes of the North American target, the first three available character routes have been changed from the Japanese edition.

As a result of the player's actions, the story can change substantially leading to a situation where the heroine either falls in love with one of the characters or is loved by one of them.
