半導体デバイスメーカーNeoconixのPCBeamテクノロジーライセンスをSamtecが更新

【サンノゼ（米カリフォルニア州）2015年8月31日PRN=共同通信JBN】半導体デバイスメーカーのNeoconix, Inc.は、Samtec, Inc.がこのほど、Samtec Z-Ray（R）製品ラインのデュアルソース・アレンジメントを継続するためNeoconix PCBeam（TM）のテクノロジーライセンス契約を更新したと発表した。

このデュアルソース・アレンジメントによって、Samtecはボード・ツー・ボード高速インターポーザーを含む高密度アレイ製品であるさらに多様なファインピッチによって新規顧客をサポートすることができる。

   Neoconix, Inc. is pleased to announce that Samtec, Inc. has renewed their

Neoconix PCBeam(TM) technology license agreement to continue their dual source

arrangement on the Samtec Z-Ray(R) product line.

   This dual source arrangement allows Samtec to support new customers with an

additional variety of fine pitch, high density array products including

board-to-board and high speed interposers.
