電子たばこと規制の有力専門家がNicopure Labsの経営チームに加わる

【タンパ（米フロリダ州）2015年8月5日PRN＝共同通信JBN】Halo、eVo､Triton、G6ブランドの電子たばこリキッド・吸引器の有力メーカーであるNicopure Labs, LLCは5日、パトリシア・I・コバセビック（Patricia I.Kovacevic）氏を法務責任者兼最高法令順守責任者に任命したと発表した。

米国内外で幅広い電子たばこ業界の経験を持つコバセビック氏はフィリップ・モリス・インターナショナル、Lorillard、ITG Brandsで法務、法令順守の上級ポストを歴任した。同氏は米食品医薬品局（FDA）によって新たに規制されたたばこ製品の初めての販売前承認を確保した中心人物だった。Nicopure Labs, LLCの創立者であるジェフリー・スタムラー、ジェーソン・デル・ジュウディス両氏に直属するコバセビック氏は同社の世界的な法務問題、規制、法令順守問題公共政策関与の責任を負う。

Kovacevic as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

With extensive U.S. and international electronic cigarette and tobacco

experience, Kovacevic held senior legal and compliance positions at Philip

Morris International, Lorillard and ITG Brands. Kovacevic was instrumental in

securing the first ever premarket approvals for newly regulated tobacco

founders, Jeffrey Stamler and Jason Del Giudice, Kovacevic will assume

responsibilities for the company's global legal affairs, regulatory and

compliance matters, as well as public policy engagement.
