YES BANKがTaisysと提携　インドのモバイル・バンキングをリード

【台北2015年7月9日PRN＝共同通信JBN】インドをデジタル推進社会に変革することを目指しインドのナレンドラ・モディ首相が「Digital India Program（インドのデジタル化計画）」を発表したことに伴い、Taisys Technologiesはインド市場に参入するため、インド5番目の民間セクター銀行のYES BANKとの戦略的提携とNPCIとのコラボレーションを発表した。

Taisys IndiaとYES BANKは、Taisysの世界的な特許技術である超薄型モバイル・バンキングSIMを発行するプラットフォームの構築で協力する。この提携によって、携帯電話ユーザーは、多機能携帯電話を含めたすべてのモバイル機器でセキュアな資金振替、オンライン送金、買い物取引決済、VAS決済が可能となる。これは、Taisys m-Bankingプラットフォームと、インドの季節労働者、銀行口座がない人、銀行を利用できない人の送金需要に応えることを目的とする国内送金サービスYES BANK Moneyと一体化することで実現される。YES BANKのプレジデントでデジタル決済&モビリティー責任者であるアナンド・K・バジャジュ氏は「インドにプラスの効果をもたらす革新的なソリューションでTaisysと提携できることをうれしく思う。アプリとSIMが登場したばかりで、一般の人々がコネクティビティーとセキュリティーの課題を前にして思案しているときに、通信会社やハンドセットに依存しないTaisysソリューションは大きな効果を上げると確信している」と語った。YES BANKはインドのデジタル決済分野のリーダーであり、さまざまな決済ソリューションを開発してきた。NPCIもTaisysと提携し、モバイル・バンキングをすべての銀行に提供する共通プラットフォームを構築する。

Taisysのジェーソン・ホー会長は「われわれの目指すのは、インドのデジタル化である。Taisysのソリューションは、インドの地方および都市部でのモバイル・バンキングをデジタル化するためのインフラストラクチャー追加に投資する必要をなくし、インドのデジタル化の推進に大きく寄与する」と語った。

Taisys Technologiesはこのほどインド業務を開始し研究開発センターを設置したが、インドのモバイル・バンキング市場の成長に大きな可能性を見いだした。Taisys Indiaのマネジングディレクターであるアブヒシェク・サクセナ氏は「大規模な顧客層を対象とした財布ベース決済ソリューションを実装した。これは携帯電話リチャージと請求書支払い向けの付加価値サービスを含むシームレスでセキュアなサービスを促進する」と語った。

YES BANKとTaisysとの提携は、8億人以上のモバイル加入者があるインド市場にモバイル決済サービスを提供する。インドのデジタル変革を歓迎し、デジタル財布からスタートしよう。

TaisysはMWC Shanghai 2015で全く新しいサービスを公開する。

YES BANK Allies with Taisys, Leading Digital Empowerment of Mobile Banking for India

As India Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announced 'Digital India Program' aimed

to transform India into a digitally empowered society, Taisys Technologies

declared its strategic partnership with YES BANK, India's 5th largest private

sector bank and collaboration with NPCI to enter into the Indian market.

Taisys India and YES BANK will work together on a platform to issue ultra-thin

mobile banking SIM - worldwide patented technology from Taisys. This

collaboration allows mobile phone users to enjoy secured fund transfer, wallet

transfer, merchant payment, VAS payments across the entire segment of mobile

devices including feature phones. It will be done by integrating Taisys

m-Banking platform with YES BANK Money, a Domestic Remittance Service designed

to meet the remittance needs of migrants, unbanked and under-banked population

in India. Mr. Anand K Bajaj, President and Head Digital Payments & Mobility at

also collaborating with Taisys to build a common platform to provide mobile

banking to all other banks.
