リマ社（Lima Corporate）はジンマー・ホールディング・インク（Zimmer Holdings Inc.）から、欧州経済地域（EEA）とスイス市場においてジンマー（R）片側ハイ・フレックス人工膝関節（ZUK）およびバイオメット（Biomet（R））Discovery（TM）人工肘関節システム、またデンマークとスウェーデンにおいてバイオメット（R）Vanguard（TM）全人工膝関節システムの資産買い取りを完了したと発表した。これらの製品はリマのポートフォリオに全面統合され、契約によると、ビジネスユニットおよびサプライチェーンもリマに買収される。

Combination of assets strengthens Lima in the knee and extremities market
Lima Corporate announces the completion of the assets acquisition from
Zimmer Holdings Inc. for the Zimmer(R) Unicompartmental High Flex Knee (ZUK)
and the Biomet(R) Discovery (TM) Elbow System within the European Economic Area
(EEA) and Switzerland markets, as well as the Biomet(R) Vanguard(TM) Complete
Knee System for Denmark and Sweden. The products will now be fully integrated
into the Lima portfolio and business units and, according to the agreement,
Lima will also take over the supply chain.
