PEBSが新たに提供するコンサルティングおよびベンチマーキング・サービスは人事リーダーが企業のビジネス目的、世界的な英語スキルの標準、従業員各人の英語スキル上達程度を全体的に連携させた管理ができるようにする。

＊「インダストリー・プロファイル・ベンチマーク（Industry Profile Benchmark）」は従業員や入社希望者に必要な英語レベルを業界や業務別にプロファイルされた推奨習熟度ベンチマークに当てはめて定義する。

＊「カスタム・プロファイル・ベンチマーク（Custom Profile Benchmark）」は企業の人材や従業員の習熟度のベンチマークを企業独自の業種、部門、または教育訓練の標準に当てはめて定義する。
