【サンノゼ（米カリフォルニア州）2015年4月20日PRN＝共同通信JBN】高性能リニア&パワーソリューションやLAN&タイミング、それに通信ソリューションで業界をリードするマイクレル社（Micrel, Inc.、Nasdaq: MCRL）は20日、低消費電力400MHz-450MHzスーパーヘテロダイン・イメージ除去OOK/ASKレシーバーのMICRF229）とMICRF230を発売した。両デバイスは、データ転送速度1kbps、-112dBmの受信感度を提供し、3.5Vから5.5Vの間で動作する。両デバイスは継続的なデータ受信の際でも消費電流を6mA以下に低減するので、リモートキーレスエントリー（RKE）、駐車場ドアの開閉、ホームオートメーションをはじめ低消費電力、低データレートのアプリケーションに最適である。MICRF229とMICRF230は、1000個ロットでの単価が1.6ドルから入手可能である。

MICRF229とMICRF230は、クリスタル1個と最小限の外部コンポーネントだけで受信機を構成できる。MICRF229は自動ポーリング機能を備えており、消費電力を0.5mW以下に低減するとともに、マイクロコントローラーのスリープ中にレシーバーが定期的に起動して有効シグナルかどうかのポーリング処理を行う。MICRF230は、オプションにスケルチ機能を採用している。この機能は有効ビットが検知されるまでデータ出力を禁止するもので、これによりマイクロコントローラーを低電力シャットダウンモードにしておくことが可能で、供給電流を0.5uA程度に抑制し電力を節約することができる。MICRF229とMICRF230は動作温度範囲が-40℃から+105℃に設定され、16ピン4.9mm × 6.0mm QSOPパッケージで提供される。

Micrel Releases New RF Receivers Offering Best-in-Class Sensitivity And Power Consumption

   Micrel Inc., (Nasdaq:MCRL), an industry leader in high-performance Linear

and Power solutions, LAN and timing and communications solutions, today

introduced the MICRF229 (

) employs an optional Squelch feature which disables the data output until
