2015年SPIEFフォーラムのテーマは「行動の時：安定と成長への共通の道」

【サンクトペテルブルク（ロシア）2015年3月5日PRN=共同通信JBN】第19回サンクトペテルブルク国際経済フォーラム（SPIEF）は2015年6月18日から20日まで開催され、主要国の国家元首、政府首脳、政治的指導者、最高経営責任者（CEO）、ロシアと国際的な大企業幹部、有名な専門家、メディア代表および政府代表団が再び一堂に集まる。ことしのテーマは「行動の時：安定と成長への共通の道」。

フォーラムのプログラムはさまざまな国際的イベントと形式で行われる。サンクトペテルブルクは、ことし行われるSCO、BRICS（ブラジル、ロシア、インド、中国）ビジネスフォーラム、主要20カ国・地域アドバイザリーフォーラム（G20 Advisory Forum）という主要な国際的ビジネス関連催事のプラットフォームに選ばれた。今回のフォーラムには、エネルギー企業幹部が参加するエネルギー・サミット、メディア・サミット、ヤングリーダー・サミットが含まれる。またSPIEFではこの類いとして初めてとなるバルダイクラブ討論会（Valdai Club Session）が行われる。またSPIEF DEBATEのような新しい形式は、伝統的なパネルディスカッション、ブリーフィング、テレビ公開討論、会場でのディベート、セミナー、円卓会議、ビジネス朝食会、「特別な人物との対話」と並行して行われ、これらはともに、世界経済が直面している最も困難な問題に関するアイデアや洞察を交換する内容豊富で魅力あるプラットフォームになることを約束している。

フォーラムの議論は以下の4つの主要議題で行われる。

＊世界経済：新たな課題と移りゆく地平線

このセッションでは以下の問題が取り上げられる：世界経済が直面する問題と金融システム。現在の統合プロセスおよび統合団体と石油、ガス、エネルギー業界などのコラボレーション。

＊ロシア：機会の捕捉

このグループのセッションではロシアの産業政策、構造改革、地域開発、ロシアの投資環境改善への継続的ステップに関わる討議とプレゼンテーションが行われる。

＊人的資本と能力開発

このセッションでは、変化する社会に対応して能力を育成する方法、そうした変化がビジネスのニーズによりよく対応する方法を検証する。

＊かく乱要因：傾向と技術

このセッションは技術移転、知的財産、個人情報保護から効果的なサイバー・セキュリティー・システムの開発、変容的革新を促すものにいたるまでカバーする。

SPIEFの議題はビジネス、経済、金融界の主要人物からの意見を取り入れて開発された。これらには専門的ビジネス協会代表、メディア幹部、シンクタンク、世界の政府高官と専門家らが含まれている。

SPIEF 2015 Forum Theme: 'Time to Act: Shared Paths to Stability and Growth'

    The 19th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will once again bring

together heads of state and governments, political leaders, CEOs and senior

executives of major Russian and international companies, leading experts, media

representatives as well as government delegations from key economies on June

18-20, 2015. The theme of this year's Forum will be Time to Act: Shared Paths

to Stability and Growth.

    The business programme will be marked by a variety of international events

and formats. St. Petersburg has been chosen as the platform for key

international events of this year's business agenda: the SCO and BRICS Business

Forums and the G20 Advisory Forum. The Forum will include an Energy Summit with

the heads of energy companies, a Media Summit, and a Young Leaders Forum. There

will also be a session of the Valdai Club Session, the first of its kind to

ever take place at SPIEF. New formats such as SPIEF DEBATE will be coupled with

traditional panel discussions, briefings, TV debates, arena debates, seminars,

round tables, business breakfasts, 'Conversations with the Extraordinary'-

which taken together promise to create a rich and engaging platform for the

exchange of ideas and insights on some of the most pressing issues confronting

global economics and business.

    The discussions will cover four main topics of the programme:

    - GLOBAL ECONOMY: NEW CHALLENGES AND SHIFTING HORIZONS

    Sessions on this topic include: the challenges facing the global economy

and financial system; current integration processes and collaboration between

integration associations and the oil, gas and energy industries and others.

    - RUSSIA: SEIZING THE OPPORTUNITIES

    This group of sessions features discussions and presentations dedicated to

Russian industrial policy, structural reforms, regional development and

continued steps to improve the Russian investment environment.

    - HUMAN CAPITAL AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT

    These sessions are dedicated to examining how talent can best be nurtured

to meet the needs of changing societies, and how such changes can better

correspond to the needs of business.

    - DISRUPTORS: TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGIES

    These sessions cover issues ranging from technology transfer, intellectual

property and personal data protection to the development of efficient cyber

security systems, and what spurs transformative innovations.

    The SPIEF agenda is developed with input from leading business, economics

and finance figures; representatives of professional business associations,

media leaders and think tanks; and prominent government figures and experts the

world over.
