【レイクメリー（米フロリダ州）2015年3月4日PRN＝共同通信JBN】世界で最も信頼性の高い3次元測定とイメージング・リアル化技術を提供するFARO Technologies, Inc.（NASDAQ: FARO）は、測量と既設構造物デジタルドキュメント化用のソフトウエア開発の世界的リーダーであるkubit GmbHを買収したと発表した。買収はまた、kubit GmbHの米国販売会社であるkubit USA, Inc.の全資産が含まれる。
