【ウェイン（米ペンシルベニア州）2015年2月17日PRN=共同通信JBN】Tekni-Plexは17日、インド国内と輸出市場でのEPEフォーム・クロージャー・ライナーの大手サプライヤーであるGhiya Extrusions Private Ltd.を買収したと発表した。インドのアーメダバードにあるGhiya Extrusionsの買収によって、Tekni-Plexはインドにおける既存のビジネスとクロージャー・ライナーのビジネスを世界的に成長させるというコミットメントを拡充することになる。Tekni-Plexのポール・ヤング最高経営責任者（CEO）は「Ghiya Extrusionsは、当社の既存および新しいインドの顧客に製薬、食品、FMCG（日用消費財）市場向けのTekni-Plex製クロージャー・ライナー製品のローカルライズ生産を提供する大きな基盤となる。Tekni-Plexはまた、インドとアジアにある既存の販路を通じて、Ghiya Extrusionsの製品を提供することができる。われわれは特に、ビジネスを支えてくれるナクル・ガイヤ氏が同社に残り、インドと地域でますます成長中のTekni-Plexのビジネスの中心的存在になってくれることに興奮している」とコメントした。

Tekni-Plex Acquires Indian Closure Liner Company Ghiya Extrusions
