半導体と高性能コミュニケーション技術に対するマイヤーソン博士の影響力は計り知れない。同博士は1980年にIBM Researchに入社した後、極めて成功したAnalog and Mixed Signal事業部門を創設、指導して、究極的にIBMの世界的な半導体開発の先頭に立った。マイヤーソン博士は現在チーフ・イノベーション・オフィサーとして、企業全体の技術とビジネス活動の定義と執行に責任を持っている。

Dr. Meyerson's impact on semiconductor and high performance communications

technology is immeasurable. After joining IBM Research in 1980, he founded and

led the highly successful Analog and Mixed Signal business, ultimately leading

IBM's global semiconductor development. In his current role as Chief Innovation

Officer, Dr. Meyerson is responsible for the definition and execution of

corporate-wide technical and business initiatives.

In addition, Dr. Meyerson is a Fellow of the American Physical Society, the

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a member of the United

States National Academy of Engineering. He has won numerous technical and

business awards over the years for his significant contributions to the

industry and excellence in scientific, engineering, and business leadership.

Most recently, Singapore's President honored Dr. Meyerson for his service to

the nation with the 2014 Public Service Medal.
