Ziehm Vision RFD 3Dは、30 cm x 30 cmのフラットパネルを備えた市販製品の中で唯一の3D Cアームである。

イノベーションリーダーのZiehm ImagingはことしのArab Healthで、会議参加者に3D画像の画期的技術を体験するように呼び掛ける。フラットパネル技術を搭載した世界唯一の3D Cアーム、Ziehm Vision RFD 3Dは、スキャン規模当たり16センチ・エッジ長を提供し、2Dと3D機能を組み合わせて最大限の術中のコントロールを可能にする。最大30 cm x 30 cmのフラットパネル・ディテクターを搭載した最新のZiehm Imagingのフラグシップ・システムは、整形外科、外傷、脊椎手術だけでなく、困難な心臓血管ハイブリッド利用にも最適である。

▽再設計された撮像機能

困難なハイブリッド利用のために当初開発されたノウハウおよびイノベーションに基づき、Ziehm Imagingは全く新しい3D CアームとなるZiehm Vision RFD 3Dを設計した。このZiehm Imagingのフラグシップ製品は米国のニューヨークとヒューストン、ドイツのフライブルクにある一流の医療センターで認められ、25kW発電装置、反復再生構成アルゴリズム、特許を有するSmartScanローテーションを組み合わせ、あらゆる解剖学的構造の180度画像情報を提供できる唯一の3D Cアームである。

Ziehm Vision RFD 3Dは1回で最大7つの脊椎骨をスキャンする能力があり、市販製品の中で最大の3D撮像規模を提供する。日常業務の2D撮像のために必要な0.8平方メートル以下の小さい設置面積は、所用設置面積の基準となる。

▽ORをハイブリッドルームに転換

完全4軸電動のZiehm Vision RFD 3Dはハイブリッドルーム利用にとって最適である。Cアームはシステムが同心円状で動くアイソセンター決定機能があるジョイスティック・モジュールを備えている。非接触衝突防止機能をサポートするアシスタントシステムDistant Controlは患者の安全を向上させる。Cアームの動きは患者に近づくと減速し、決められたセーフティーゾーンに入る前に停止する。

25kW発電装置は可搬式撮像の市場で最も強力なものの1つであり、鮮明な画像を提供する。Ziehm Vison RFD 3Dは液体冷却システム（Advanced Active Cooling）を備え、長時間の手術でも発電装置を一定運転温度に保つ。

Ziehm Imagingは3D撮像ソリューションのほかに、唯一のオールテライン・ホイール付きの可搬式Cアームで1Kイメージング機能付きのZiehm Solo Portableも展示する。これは、モニターを含むコンパクトなシングル・プラットフォーム設計であり、90台以上が設置され定評を受けている。

    At this year's Arab Health, innovation leader Ziehm Imaging invites

congress attendees to experience the revolution in 3D imaging: Ziehm Vision RFD

3D, the world's only 3D C-arm with flat-panel technology that provides a 16 cm

edge length per scan volume and combines 2D and 3D functionality to offer

maximum intraoperative control. Available with a flat-panel detector up to 30

cm x 30 cm, the new Ziehm Imaging flagship system is ideally suited for

orthopedics, traumatology and spine surgery, but also for demanding

cardio-vascular hybrid applications.

    Redefined Imaging

    Based on know-how and innovations originally developed for demanding hybrid

applications, Ziehm Imaging has designed a completely new 3D C-arm: Ziehm

Vision RFD 3D. Validated in leading clinical centers in New York, Houston (US),

and Fribourg, (Germany), the new Ziehm Imaging flagship product is the only 3D

C-arm that combines a 25 kW generator with an iterative reconstruction

algorithm and patented SmartScan rotation to offer 180degree(s) image

information of any anatomical structure.

    With up to 7 vertebrae in one scan volume, it offers the largest 3D image

volume in the market. For 2D imaging in daily routine the small footprint of

less than 0.8 sqm still sets the benchmark in space requirements.

    Turning ORs into Hybrid Rooms

    Fully motorized in four axes, Ziehm Vision RFD 3D is ideally suited for

hybrid room applications. The C-arm features a joystick module with a function

for defining an isocenter around which the system moves concentrically.

Distance control, an assistance system supporting non-contact collision

protection, allows for enhanced patient safety: the C-arm movement slows down

in the proximity of the patient and stops before entering a defined safety zone.

    The 25 kW generator is one of the most powerful in the market of mobile

imaging and delivers crystal-clear images. In combination with the liquid

cooling system (Advanced Active Cooling), it keeps the generator at a

consistent operating temperature even during lengthy procedures.

    In addition to the 3D imaging solution Ziehm Imaging showcases Ziehm Solo

Portable, the only mobile C-arm with all-terrain-wheels featuring 1k imaging, a

compact single-platform design including monitors and a well-established

installed base of more than 90 units.
