DW Partners, LP（DW）は6日、総資産50億ドル以上のヘッジファンド2件の管理権を2015年1月1日付で取得したと発表した。これらのファンドはこれまで、Brevan Howard Capital Managementが管理、DW（旧DW Investment Management LP）がファンド開設からすべての投資判断に責任を持つ媒体として、投資マネジャーを務めていた。

金融を柱とするマルチストラテジー資産管理企業であるDWは、60億ドルを超えるヘッジファンド資産を管理、主に企業・ストラクチャード・資産担保投資に集中している。同社は50人の投資・経営専門家チームを抱え、ニューヨーク市に本社を置いている。

ファンド投資家はDWによる管理権取得を圧倒的に承認した。この取引は長年の好業績、投資家とのパートナーシップを反映、2009年初めのDW創設にさかのぼり、確実な譲渡成功に向けて準備を重ねた数カ月の頂点を意味している。

DW Partners Assumes Management of Hedge Funds from Brevan Howard

    - Changes Firm Name to DW Partners, LP from DW Investment Management LP

DW Partners, LP ("DW") today announced that it has assumed the role of manager

for two hedge funds (the "Funds") totaling more than $5 billion in assets,

effective January 1, 2015.  The Funds were previously managed by Brevan Howard

Capital Management, with DW (formerly DW Investment Management LP) serving as

the investment manager for the vehicles and responsible for all investment

decisions for the Funds since their inception.

DW, a credit-focused multi-strategy asset manager, oversees in excess of $6

billion in hedge fund assets, focusing predominately on corporate, structured

and asset-backed investments.  The firm has a team of 50 investment and

operational professionals, and is headquartered in New York City.  

The assumption of management by DW was overwhelmingly approved by the Funds'

investors.  This transition reflects many years of strong performance and

partnership with investors, stretching back to the formation of DW in early

2009, and represents the culmination of many months of preparation to ensure a

successful handover.

Brevan Howard Credit Catalysts).
