Zhu has accumulated more than 20 years of professional experience gained in

both the private and public sectors. He was one of the first Chinese-American

lobbyists working for an established Washington, D.C.-based government affairs

consulting firm. During his tenure with the organization, Zhu advised

multinational companies in Sino-America transactions and business development

at both the strategic and tactical levels.

to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Zhu was a Partner with another global

executive search company where he led the Life Science & Government Affairs

practices in China.
