デジタル転換、コンサルティング、ビジネス・リエンジニアリングの専門企業であるテックマヒンドラ（Tech Mahindra Ltd.、http://www.techmahindra.com ）は21日、企業価値にして約2億4000万米ドルの世界的ネットワークサービスリーダーであるLightbridge Communications Corporation（LCC）を買収する正式契約を結んだと発表した。この買収は規制上の承認が必要であり、取引はテックマヒンドラの2015会計年度第4四半期までに完了する見込みである。

LCCは米バージニア州マクレーンに本社があり、テレコム業界に対する世界大手独立系ネットワークエンジニアリング・サービスのプロバイダーであり、50カ国に5000人余りの従業員を抱えている。LCCは年商4億ドル余りで、世界の400を超える顧客に350のネットワークを構築し、35万余りのセルサイトを配置している。今回の買収によって、テックマヒンドラは世界的なネットワークサービスに対する優れたパートナーになる。
