Investment Migration Council（IMC）は今年10月初めに設立され、この分野の利害関係者を結束して業界に発言権を与えるために、投資を通じた移民・市民権業界の一流専門家によって組織された。

最初となる理事会昼食会には、特別ゲストとしてマルタ首相のジョゼフ・ムスカット博士とAmicorpの創設者で最高経営責任者（CEO）のトーン・クニッピング氏が参加した。

ブルーノ・エスクワイア氏は「われわれが付託を受けているのは、投資による移民に関係する世界的な基準を設定し、他の専門的団体、政府、その他の国際機関と協力して行動することである」とあいさつした。

彼はさらに、IMCはクライアントと政府が直面している課題に対する国民の理解を深め、教育を促進し、移民関連の担当者の高度な専門的倫理観を高めることを支援すると強調した。

The Investment Migration Council Holds Launch Event in Singapore

    The Governing Board of the Investment Migration Council held its first

Members' Lunch last week in Singapore.

    The Investment Migration Council (IMC) was launched at the beginning of

October 2014, having been formed by the leading experts within the immigration

and citizenship-by-investment industry to bring together the foremost

stakeholders within the field and to give the industry a voice.

    The first Members' Lunch took place with special guests the Hon. Dr. Joseph

Muscat, Prime Minister of the Republic of Malta, and Mr Toine Knipping, founder

and CEO of Amicorp.

    In his address Mr Bruno L'ecuyer said, "A core part of our remit is to set

standards on a global level and interact with other professional associations,

governments and other international organisations in relation to investment

migration".

    He went on to re-affirm that the council will help to improve public

understanding of the issues faced by clients and governments and facilitate

education and promote high professional ethics amongst immigration

practitioners.
