日立コンサルティングがシンガポールのStone Apple企業グループを買収

日立製作所のグローバルな経営コンサルティング、ITサービス事業子会社、日立コンサルティングは1日、Stone Apple社を買収したと発表した。同社は企業アプリケーション、エンベデッドシステム、ビジネスインテリジェンスおよび分析、企業コンテンツおよびインテグレーション、マネージドサービスのスペシャリストである。買収はこれらそれぞれの分野のクライアントに対して、測定可能で持続的なビジネス成果を提供する日立コンサルティングのフィージビリティースタディー能力の強化およびシンガポール、マレーシア、タイ、ベトナムなど東南アジアへの日立コンサルティングのプレゼンスを拡大し、ブラジルでの強固な基盤を提供する。
