【2014年10月1日、パリ発】　アルカテル・ルーセント (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) は本日、エンタープライズ部門の売却について、China Huaxin Post & Telecommunication Economy Development Center（中国華信郵政開発経済センター）（「中国華信」）とのEur 202 millionの取引を無事終了させたことを発表しました。

売却により、アルカテル・ルーセントは、フランスで法人化され新しく設立された持株会社の15%の株式を保有することになります。アルカテル・ルーセント エンタープライズも、特権的な取引関係を基盤として引き続きアルカテル・ルーセントと協力していく予定です。

今回の取引によりアルカテル・ルーセント エンタープライズは強固かつ認識された投資家からの利益を享受できるようになり、結果、純増収にむけての新しい領域へ投資を加速しながら、企業向け通信分野におけるリーダーシップの立場を強化すると共に、さらなる目標を強化するうえで必要な手段や経営資源が提供されることになります。

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise enters a new era following its acquisition by China Huaxin

    -- New investment by China Huaxin to place Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise on a

                         long-term growth trajectory

    Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced that it has

successfully closed a transaction with China Huaxin Post & Telecommunication

Economy Development Center ("China Huaxin") for the divestment of its

Enterprise division. Cash proceeds to Alcatel-Lucent are Eur 202 million.

    Following the divestment, Alcatel-Lucent will maintain a minority stake in

a newly-formed holding company, to be incorporated in France. Alcatel-Lucent

Enterprise will also continue to work with Alcatel-Lucent on a privileged

business relationship basis.

    The transaction will now enable Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise to benefit from a

strong and recognized investor, providing the means and resources necessary to

strengthen its ambition including leadership positions in enterprise

communications while accelerating investment in new areas of net growth.

    Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise will continue to invest and innovate in the core

markets where it is already recognized as an undisputed leader, namely

enterprise communications and networking - while exploring new market

opportunities in select, high-growth countries, vertical solutions and cloud

services.

    At the same time, the business will work to define new opportunities aimed

at growing the company into a leading player in next-generation enterprise

communications, enabling an innovative shift from a pure technology-centric to
