アセットパフォーマンス管理（APM）ソフトウエアとサービスの世界的なリーダーであるMeridium（登録商標）, Inc.（www.meridium.com）は24日、GEのMeasurement & Control部門がMeridiumに戦略的な少数株主持ち分の投資を行い、MeridiumのAPMソフトウエアとGEのBently Nevada System 1（商標）アセット状態監視（ACM）ソフトウエアとを連動させる新規の非独占的な提携および流通提携の締結を発表した。サービスの提供を一体化することによって、石油・ガス、発電、炭化水素プロセッシングをはじめとする資産集約型業界の顧客は装置の休止時間および生産リスクを状況に基づくメンテナンスとリアルタイム管理が可能となり、運用効率が最大限高まるとともに固定資産の耐用期間は損なわれずに延びることになる。

and will enter into a new, non-exclusive alliance and distribution agreement
