【アルクマール（オランダ）2014年6月18日PRN＝共同JBN】ボンディングされたIPネットワークのビデオ転送の大手欧州企業Mobile Viewpointは18日、同社のエンコーダー・ファミリーに新しいソリューションを追加すると発表した。最新のソリューションは、ラップトップおよびデスクトップコンピューター向けのソフトウエアだけでできたソリューションである。このようにして、Mobile Viewpointのボンディング技術はあらゆるコンピューターで利用することが可能である。コンピューターで利用可能なすべてのネットワークはボンディング利用が可能で、ライブビデオの取得は、BlackMagic Design Thunderboltキャプチャーデバイスによって実行される。主な利用ケースの1つとして、遠隔地でのBGANおよびKAサットのポータブル衛星ターミナルの使用がある。

Mobile Viewpoint Announces Live Video Transmission App for Apple MAC OS X

    Mobile Viewpoint, the leading European company involved in video

transmission over bonded IP networks, is proud to introduce another solution to

its growing family of encoders. The newest member of the family is a

software-only solution for laptops and desktop computers. This way, Mobile

Viewpoint's bonding technology can be used on any computer. All available

network connections on the computer can be used for bonding, while ingesting

live video is handled by BlackMagic Design Thunderbolt capture devices. One of

the major use cases will be the use of portable BGAN and KA-sat terminals in

remote locations.

the WMT VideoManager and routed to one or more HD SDI Playout devices for total

flexibility and footage exchange options. It is available as of August for Mac

OSX 10.9 and higher. A Windows version will be available later this year.
