ハンティンドンライフサイエンス、ハーランラボラトリーズを買収  

ハンティンドン（英国） － ハンティンドンライフサイエンスは本日、ハーランラボラトリーズを買収したことを発表いたしました。新会社は、研究モデルおよび関連サービス、受託研究サービスの２つの事業部で構成されることになります。

この買収により、非臨床試験の受託研究、研究モデルおよび関連サービスを総合的に提供する世界的な大手企業が誕生いたします。統合後の売上高規模は年間約5億ドルに拡大する見通しで、将来的な成長と投資に向けた強力な基盤を形成することになります。

Huntingdon Life Sciences Acquires Harlan Laboratories

HUNTINGDON, England, May 1, 2014 /PRN=KYODO JBN/ --

Huntingdon Life Sciences announced today that it has acquired Harlan

Laboratories. The new company will have two operating divisions: Research

Models and Services and Contract Research Services.

This acquisition creates a leading global organization offering full service,

non-clinical, contract research and research models and services.  The

increased scale of the combined venture, approaching half a billion dollars in

annual revenue, provides a strong platform for future growth and investment.
